I take great pleasure in sharing my experiences with Graybeale Construction and their work on our 10,000 sq. ft. addition. Along with the factory expansion, our entire site plan was redesigned to increase parking and allow easier access to our loading bay for tractor trailers. With our business growing at a rapid pace, it was pertinent that construction and our day to day business operations worked in tandem.

From day one, the project manager, Mike Schwartz, made certain our needs as a business were never compromised. Even with our parking lot dug up because of the essential site work, we were still able to ship and receive items vital to our business. Mike and the Graybeale team did a fine job ensuring there was a suitable surface for our delivery trucks. When it was impossible for the trucks to reach the loading bay, they assisted us in loading and unloading – even if that meant using the front loader of a Bobcat tractor to carry a pallet of material from the main road to the loading dock!

With their adaptability and quick responsiveness, Graybeale was able to swiftly tackle head-on any obstacle they were presented with on our project while meeting and exceeding all of our expectations.

I just wanted to let you know what a pleasure it has been working with Chuck. He was very communicative during this whole project. He was very organized and responsive with any questions, comments or issues and made sure to follow up on everything. He really made this project go very smooth, and I just wanted to pass the compliment along. Hope to work with your company again on future Royal Farms stores.

We have been pleased with the outcomes of the refresh project to date. Getting the project team together at the beginning of each phase has been very helpful and we’ve built a good relationship with your team. Communication is key and I feel like we are in constant communication with Graybeale. I have no suggested changes in the work to date – very pleased.

We chose Graybeale Construction for the re-imaging of our facility, a very unique process that our dealership was required to follow, and were pleased with our decision from day one. Graybeale and their design-build team managed the process with efficiency, professionalism and creativity.

While there were many opportunities for complications, Graybeale navigated the process to perfection. We remained open during construction thanks to Graybeale’s flexibility, scheduling work at night and off-peak hours. During construction the response from our customers and employees was overwhelmingly positive. The job site was clean and safe at all times and our daily operations were not disrupted. And not only was the project completed ahead of schedule but also under budget.

The Graybeale team and their staff were friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. They communicated with us effectively and clearly, making the entire process actually enjoyable at times! All the people doing the renovations were considerate of the flow of patients and very cordial. Smooth work for them. Very aware of their surroundings so to speak. Professionalism at its best.
